Most forums I go to have a link or button that marks all the posts as "read", so that the next time I come back I can see what is new at a glance. Does this board have one? If it does, I can't seem to find it. Thanks.

There is this double colored icon at the top left of the topics area in the active topics page, that you can click to mark all topics read.
Searching found me this but I don't go to that page, and when I did (just to try) I didn't see that button. |

Once you have read all new posts in active topics, click the folder icon on the top left in the gray bar that has the column headers in it. All posts in active topics will be removed from that page, only posts made after you click that icon will show.
Another little know board fact, the page with a blue icon at the bottom of each post will return you to the first post in that thread. Saves having to scroll "up". |

Yup.
I actually have that bookmarked instead of the general forum. |

Ok, so I change my evil ways and go to the "Active Topics" page.
Now, I'm still not seeing the folder icon you are describing. This is what I have. Neither of the folder icons next to the gray bar are clickable. For that matter, the date of my last visit is incorrect also. Did I breaked it or what? If I'm a complete idiot, don't hesitate to say so, I can take it. Thanks!

| You won't see it until you login. You need to login to be able to change your last visit date, which is what the button does... for logged in members. |

Bingo! There it is. Ruirib gets much thanks! This then brings up a new question. How was I able to post under my screen name all these times without being logged in? |

That's an easy one. This forum code allows that as long as you insert your username and password when you post.
Glad it's all working now. |
